Hello! I am a treatment coordinator for Dr. Gandy, and the best part of my job is when my patients get excited about having their smiles perfected! Dr. Gandy cares so much about his patients and making them happy. I love that he is conservative and always makes his treatment plans around what he would do for his own child or family member.  Dr. Gandy  is currently treating me and my two oldest kids.  When you visit you will find that everryone in our office loves to work together and make our you feel like you are part of our family. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, Shane, and our kids Tatum, Kyler and Thomas. We love to watch Texas football together!!

Hi, it’s nice to meet you! I work here as the insurance and financial coordinator.  The favorite part of my job is watching our patients grow into confident smiling friends. I can tell that Dr. Gandy truly has a caring heart. His constant research keeps him on the cutting edge of orthodontics. There is a strong sense of family among our staff members and patients, and I love working in such a supportive environment. My husband’s name is Alan, and we have two children, Jordan and Chloe. I love reading by the pool, and making jewelry!

As the clinical coordinator, I love working with our wonderful patients and talented staff. I especially appreciate that Dr. Gandy always keeps up with the new and current treatment options, and always keeps us learning and improving our techniques! I love helping to make beautiful smiles and improving the self-esteem of our patients. At home, my husband and I have two wonderful children and one dog. I enjoy scrapbooking, painting, and rooting on my kids at the soccer field!

Hello, I am the office manager for the Fairview/Allen location, and my favorite part of my job is seeing so many people happy and smiling when they walk through the door of our office. I love working for Dr. Gandy because he is genuinely compassionate, especially when it comes to his patients and staff. We have an awesome coffee bar, which our patients and families appreciate! Outside of the office, my husband Lou and I, enjoy spending time with our five children, our granddaughter Kinley and our dog.

As an orthodontic technician, I help to educate our patients in great oral care, and assist in making beautiful smiles! I especially love to see our patients get enthusiastic about treatment, and work toward their beautiful new smiles! Our office has a very upbeat atmosphere and is a fun place to visit! At home, my husband, Michael, and I have two kids named Sabastian and Isaiah. Outside the office, I enjoy painting, sewing, reading, and spending time with family.

Hello, it’s nice to meet you! I am an orthodontic technician, and I love getting to know my patients and their families. Two of my kids are also currently patients of Dr. Gandy.   We have a very close community in our office, and always want our patients to feel completely at home here. Dr. Gandy is very personable with the patients and is understanding about their concerns. My family includes my husband, Rich, and our kids Jordan, Kristian, Zoe and Layla. We also have a puppy named Bella and a mouse named Bullet!

Hi there, it’s nice to meet you! I am the financial coordinator, and I love helping our patients find the right financial plan that fits their budget. Many of our patients come in nervous about the expense of orthodontic treatment, but I always put them at ease, explaining all our financing options. I love seeing our patients and families leave with big smiles on their faces, even before we begin treatment! Our practice is a wonderful place to be, and all the staff here wants to see you smile bright!

As a clinical technician, I always want my patients to feel comfortable as we help them to get a great smile. I love to see our patients on their journey to improving their smile and self confidence. Dr. Gandy is very compassionate and enjoys the challenge that orthodontics presents. I always learn something new from him every day. Our staff is a lot of fun to work with as well. We want our patients to have a great time here! My husband, Israel and I have two children, Israel Marcus and Julian. In my free time I enjoy recreational sports like soccer, softball, and kickball, as well as spending time with my family.

As our records coordinator, I am responsible for making sure our patients’ files are complete and up-to-date. I love to see our patients smile after their braces come off! It’s amazing what a difference orthodontics has made in their lives. It feels great to know that we’ve helped our patients feel comfortable to smile more. Everyone here, from our doctor to the staff, loves our patients and really cares about how they feel. When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family, practicing yoga, and shopping.
